Li Xie - Managing Director
Li Xie is Managing Director for Sino Manufacturing Solutions Ltd, responsible for production and operations.
After graduating from Jinan University with a BA in Mechanical Engineering, Li has served in various technical and commercial roles in China, Argentina & the UK.
Upon returning to China after spending 14 months in the UK, it was in his next role where he met Rob Harris and the Sino journey began. At the time Sino UK Ltd was in its early stages and was supplying tooling and engineering parts to the UK market, although employed by another company Li acted as a consultant to Sino UK Ltd. Li continued to work closely with Rob and in 2003 together they set up Sino Manufacturing Solutions Ltd.
Li is immensely proud of what Sino has achieved in such a small space of time, not only has the work force and services provided expanded, Sino has also expanded from the UK market and has customers in America, Canada, Europe, China, Middle East, Africa, Hong Kong & Malaysia and there is still a huge potential for growth.
Work balance is important to Li and something he champions in the factory, spare time is usually spent with his family. Li also has a passion for writing and publishing poetry on social media. Li speaks fluent English.
